1. Eligibility for Returns
- Return Period: Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. After this period, we are unable to process returns.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging, with all tags and labels intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations are not eligible.
- Exclusions: Customized products, final sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
2. Return Process

- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return address if approved.
- Shipping Back the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided return address. Ensure to include the RA number on the return label.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
3. Inspection & Approval
- Inspection Process: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements.
- Approval Notification: We will notify you via email once the return is approved. If the item does not meet the eligibility criteria, we will contact you regarding next steps.
4. Refunds
- Refund Processing: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days after the return is processed.
- Partial Refunds: If items show minor signs of use or are returned outside the return period, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item sent).

- Exchange Requests: For a different size or style, initiate a return as per the process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and availability.

6. Non-Refundable Items
- Customized Jackets: Jackets customized to customer specifications are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” are ineligible for return or refund.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for returns due to product defects or errors on our part.
- Lost or Damaged Returns: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. ZenJackets is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
